Absolutely no returns! We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition. No refund or exchanges on cosmetics or hair extensions.

 

• You may exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
• The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Because many of our items are limited quantities. We may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. 

 

We do not make exceptions to this policy.

Orders placed after hours 4 pm CST, will be processed the following business day and shipped within  48 hours. Any order placed after 3 pm CST will be processed on the following business day.

 

We ship via USPS. All options are provided via the checkout.
