Herwayz offers two options when choosing our Drop shipping option. You can choose the monthly Babe connection fee of $29.99 plus a one-time sign-up fee of $75.99 or a yearly Babe connection fee of $229.99 plus a one-time sign-up fee 75.99. The membership will allow us to drop ship your bundles or lashes. (Lash prices are different) Babe connection fee 149.99 yearly plus 39.99 membership fee. Monthly Babe connection fee of 19.99 plus a one- time sign-up fee of 39.99 

 

LABELING

 

No labels, we got you covered! We can also create labels for you for an additional fee. You have the choice of creating your own labels or wrappings for your product, we will ship them out with your hair or lashes.

 

YOUR COMPANY

 

Babe, please be advised this company you are creating is your private company or brand. It is solely your responsibility to do the upkeep with all the proper business licenses and the upkeep and regulations in respects to your company. These rules apply to all online businesses as well as storefront locations (Any business in business please check state regulations). Herwayz will not be responsible or liable for the upkeep of your business requirements or the discipline for not following your state rules and regulations.

 

YOUR PRICE

 

You are in total control of your company, You are the boss you make all the rules. Show us what you are really made of. Babe, as our customer, you and only you will be responsible for initiating any sales and promotions. Please keep in mind that Herwayz will only fulfill your orders for you personally. We will NOT take on any other responsibilities.

 

SHHHHH IT'S SECRET SHIPPING

Herwayz will never tell anyone that we are your personal vendor. Your customer will NEVER know your products comes from Herwayz. The return company will say PO box or Your personal origin. We keep secrets, we never tell. Herwayz respects your business and wouldn't want your customers to know your secret of knowing your supplier. This is why we keep that information discreet. Please DO NOT tell your customers our company name, as it is very easy to track and find.

 

IN THE FUTURE WE WILL SWITCH NAMES TO BECOME MORE DISCREET!

 

 

BABE FEES (MEMBERSHIP)

You can choose monthly, yearly or lifetime membership options. We charge Babe fees because we are solely responsible for taking care of your orders for you. Once you are a member of Herwayz, you will be able to purchase your orders directly from us using our Babe email (customerservice@herwayz.com). Once you complete the startup process and are ready to order our product in bulk we would suggest you switching over to handle your business personally. We feel that Babe ship options are for our fresh Babes, Babes that are trying to establish a new business or those that are new to trying to start up a new business. In the end, you would want to make as much profit as possible right?

 

SHIP OUT

 

Our ship out fees will be figured when you place the initial order. It is your responsibility to charge your customers the proper price you suggest for their ship out.

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Once you purchase your customer's order with us it will take 5-7 business days for them to receive their shipment. Please be advised that it can take longer due to weather, holidays and weekends.

 

FRAUD ALERT

 

This is the truth! there are so many people involved in fraud these days BEWARE. Sometimes our team can catch the fraudulent behavior, other times many can slip through the crack. Please help us help you protect your Brand and your assets. Unfortunately, if a customer places a fraudulent order with you this will be your chargeback. We recommend checking your order multiple times before shipping the order out. Once you're a member we will supply you with tips and tricks about determining fraudulent orders and what you can do as a precaution.

 

SECRET QUESTIONS

 

All customer service questions and concerns will be handled by you and only you for your customers. We will not handle your customers. Please make sure not to give our contact information to your customers since customer service issues are your responsibility. Also, your customer will then know who your vendor is. You are our Babe, we are allowing you to contact us directly (Herwyaz17@gmail.com) or you can call us during normal business hours 9 am- 5 pm (515) 954-2114. Please remember our only function is to ship orders to your customers everything else will be your responsibility.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

We offer a 7-day return policy for all items that don't meet your customer satisfaction in terms of quality. We cannot accept the item back if it has been used, worn, tampered with, distorted, wet, out of a pattern, etc. The hair must be in exact same condition "NEW" and bundle intact in order to return. Simply email us or call us within the first 5 days in order to qualify for the return. Our exclusive hair will not be accepted under any condition after 7 days. Please understand we must have the hair back within 7 days of the time the customer received it.

MINK LASHES CAN NOT BE RETURNED!!!

 

We do not have a refund policy. We only offer store credit.
